Brutal Angles VII
The mood in Barbican, London is dark and cold blue, with a few yellow light spots on the wall for contrast. Some people stand in the distance, peeking around the corner. — Barbican, London, United Kingdom

From a high perspective, the stairwell in Barbican is a geometric scene. A woman with a brightly lit phone is walking up the stairs, breaking up the rigidness of the environment. She stands out from her surroundings. — Barbican, London, United Kingdom

The man is often seen at Martim Moriz Square. Everywhere he goes, pigeons flock to him. This is because his green bag is filled with corn. — Lisboa, Portugal

Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe
It was blazingly hot in Berlin (up to 34 degrees). The Memorial shadows offered some respite from the heat, but the heat wave heightened the feeling of the place. Not everyone experienced it the same way: kids jumped on the blocks and tourists took selfies. I noticed the lady in the photo perfectly captured the mood of the scorching summer air. — Berlin, Germany

Early Morning
This was the first photo I took when my family and I arrived in San Francisco for the first time. We were exhausted from jet lag and the kids were up at 2am, so we decided to go to Telegraph Hill to watch the city wake up. Since then, I have had a few more chances to experience San Francisco at dawn, but this time was especially memorable. — San Francisco, USA

Lulu
The Vltava Bar was a great spot close to our workplace; Schepan and I were regular visitors. Back then, smoking indoors was the norm. Thankfully, that's no longer the case - this is from 2021! — Prague, Czech Republic
